Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions include:

For online reservations or verbal agreement to prepay a pickup over the phone, 20% gratuity will be added to the charge unless specified otherwise by the customer.

Smoking, vaping, use of e-cigarettes, drug use, open flames, fireworks, hazardous materials, bodily waste, vandalism, horseplay, threatening behavior, standing through openings, unsafe entry or exit, and any conduct that may damage, stain, contaminate, or soil the vehicle are strictly prohibited. The customer is fully responsible for any loss, damage, contamination, odor, staining, vandalism, missing equipment, or service interruption caused by any person associated with the reservation.

Ride Luxury Car may rely on chauffeur reports, photographs, videos, repair estimates, detailing invoices, GPS or time records, witness statements, and internal investigation records to determine whether any charges or damages apply. The following fees may be charged in addition to any higher actual loss: smoking, vaping, or smoke-odor remediation starting from $500; bodily fluid, vomit, urine, or biohazard cleanup starting from $750; excessive cleaning due to mud, sand, food, drinks, glitter, pet mess, stains, or strong odors starting from $250; broken glass cleanup starting from $250; interior damage such as ripped leather, torn upholstery, broken trim, damaged electronics, seat belts, or child restraints starting from $500 plus repair or replacement cost; exterior damage including dents, scratches, broken mirrors, windows, wheels, rims, or body damage charged at actual repair cost plus 15% administrative fee with a minimum of $500; missing accessories, chargers, tools, mats, or removable parts charged at replacement cost plus a $100 administrative fee; vehicle downtime or loss of use charged at $250 per day; and specialty deodorizing, ozone treatment, or sanitization starting from $150. These amounts are considered reasonable estimates of administrative burden, loss of use, and remediation costs and do not limit Ride Luxury Car’s right to recover higher actual damages.

In addition to all other charges, Ride Luxury Car may apply an abuse and misconduct fee of up to $500 for credible reports of abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, manipulative, or intentionally disruptive conduct toward chauffeurs, dispatchers, customer service staff, affiliates, or the company. This also includes false damage claims, bad-faith refund requests, misuse of the booking system, intentional false charge disputes, or any behavior that causes service interruption, investigation, reassignment, or legal response.

Customers are solely responsible for child safety and must request appropriate child restraints and provide accurate information regarding the child’s age, height, and weight. Any child seat provided by Ride Luxury Car is offered as a convenience only, and the customer must inspect and approve its condition and installation before the trip. By proceeding with the ride, the customer accepts full responsibility for the child’s safety and securement. Ride Luxury Car does not guarantee that chauffeurs are certified child passenger safety technicians. The company may refuse service if any child restraint situation is considered unsafe, incomplete, or non-compliant with applicable requirements.

All luggage and personal belongings remain entirely at the passenger’s risk at all times, including during loading and unloading. Ride Luxury Car is not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged items, including but not limited to cash, jewelry, electronics, documents, or other valuables. Liability for any item, if applicable, is limited to the lesser of $50 per item or the value of the trip. Found items may be stored, returned, or disposed of, and handling or delivery fees may apply at the customer’s expense.

Service animals are allowed where required by law. Non-service pets are permitted only with prior approval. Customers are responsible for ensuring pets are properly secured and for any damage, odor, cleaning, or disruption caused by pets during the service.

The chauffeur will wait up to 30 minutes for Domestic Arrivals and up to 45 minutes for International Arrivals free of charge. The chauffeurs will monitor the flights for any delays or early arrivals. Gratuity of 20% will be added to all reservations.

We are not responsible for any loss because of service delays or termination due to mechanical breakdown, or for any loss claim insurance for service interruption. The customer must buy their own trip interruption insurance. No claim against the company or its employees may be brought in this connection.

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicles caused during the duration of the use by them or any members of their party. A fee of $700.00 and up to the actual cost, for each carpet or seat burn.

Sanitation fee is $225.00. Alcohol consumption and drug use in the vehicles are prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run without a refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). It is illegal to stand through the sunroof.

A maximum of two car seats are available on request. An additional $10 per seat will be added.

Smoking is not allowed.

For severe weather conditions, prices are subject to change without notice.

Reservation Agreement: The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that all rates quoted for services provided by Ride Luxury Car are estimates only. Final charges assessed upon service completion will be based on the actual service provided. Prices are subject to change with weather and road conditions without notice.

Cancellation Policy: Please be advised all changes/cancellations must be made within an appropriate window prior to pick-up time, as follows:

Sedan, SUV – twelve (12) hours prior to scheduled pick-up time

Executive Sprinter & Van – 3 days (72) hours prior to scheduled pick-up time

Minibus, Executive Minibus, Limo Sprinter – forty-eight (48) hours prior to scheduled pick-up time

Motor coaches – seven (7) days prior to pick-up scheduled date/time

International Trips – minimum of 24 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time

Failure to contact our office to cancel your reservation will result in a non-refundable no-show fee. Please note that cancellations may vary due to special events and/or partner policies.

Refund Policy: Any deposits collected for individual transportation bookings (single bookings) are non-refundable. For all group and contracted transportation, including for special events, deposits are non-refundable unless specified in the terms of the agreement. No refunds will be issued after services have been rendered.

Drug and Alcohol Policy

Ride Luxury Car has a zero-tolerance policy for drug and alcohol use. Drugs and alcohol contribute to billions of lost productivity and thousands of workplace injuries every year. Our policy is to maintain a work environment free from alcohol abuse or the use of illegal drugs. The company absolutely prohibits the use of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs at the workplace or while driving. The use, sale, or possession of alcohol or drugs while on the job or on company property will result in disciplinary actions, up to and including termination, and may have legal consequences. Employees are expected and required to report to work on time and in the appropriate mental and physical condition for the work environment.

Ride Luxury Car reserves the right to demand a drug or alcohol test of an employee based upon reasonable suspicion. Reasonable suspicion includes, but is not limited to, physical evidence of use, involvement in an accident, or a substantial drop-off in work performance. Failing a requested test may lead to discipline, including possible termination. The company also cautions against the use of prescribed or over-the-counter medications which can affect workplace performance. Employees may be suspended or discharged if the company concludes that they cannot perform their job properly or safely due to the use of such medications. Employees must report any conviction under a criminal drug statute for violations occurring on or off the company premises while conducting company business. A report of a conviction must be made within 7 days after conviction. Ride Luxury Car will make every effort to assist its employees who wish to seek treatment or rehabilitation for drug or alcohol dependency. Conscientious efforts to seek such help will not jeopardize any employee’s job and will not be noted in any personnel record. Employees may also be required to agree to random testing.

Zero Tolerance Means Any Amount of Alcohol for Intoxication

It’s against the law in Texas for a person under the age of 21 to operate a motor vehicle with any amount of alcohol in their system.

Be prepared to lose your rights to be associated with our company.

One set of strict laws applies to adults who have been convicted of DWI, and another set of even harsher laws applies to those under 21 who have been convicted.

A driver under 21 with any amount of alcohol in their body can be charged with driving while intoxicated.

The charge is a Class C misdemeanor, and a conviction on a first offense is punishable by:

A fine of up to $500

A minimum of 20 and a maximum of 40 hours of community service

A 60-day driver’s license suspension

Successful completion of an alcohol awareness program

An ignition interlock device

A second conviction can lead to a 120-day license suspension.

A third offense is punishable by a 180-day license suspension and a possible six-month jail sentence if the individual is 17 or older.

Other sentencing requirements would also apply, including a fine of up to $2,000

Exceptions: The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that Ride Luxury Car is not responsible for personal property left in the vehicles. The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that Ride Luxury Car reserves the right to assess a minimum fee of $200.00 for any necessary cleaning and/or damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear. Ride Luxury Car shall endeavor to maintain the schedule submitted by its customers, but such is not guaranteed. Ride Luxury Car is not liable for delays in service, interruptions, or damages caused by acts of God, strikes, riots, authorities of law, public enemies, hazards or dangers caused by the state of war, quarantine, perils of navigation, inclement weather, hazardous road conditions, accidents or breakdowns, or any other condition beyond its control.
